Silicon Mountain’s Technical Delivery Specialists are key to our current and future success. As a Technical Delivery Specialist, you can expect to become the subject matter expert on a variety of technologies to support customers and project leaders. TECHNICAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and manage Atlassian products (boards, workflows, screens, etc)
• Administer and manage Palantir (Foundry) products (workshop, data lineage, code workbooks, etc)
• Administer and manage Microsoft Suite (automation, scripting, forms, etc)
• Meet with clients face-to-face and/or virtually
• Define technical requirements
• Help train others on various products–internally and externally
• Excited to learn new technologies; search for new technologies and implement new technologies

TECHNICAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST EXPERIENCE

• Familiarity with scripting languages and/or manipulating data
• Prior experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Agile methodology, CRM tools, ERP systems, BI tools, and the ability to recognize situations that would benefit from custom software development.

TECHNICAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST IDEAL TRAITS

• Ability triage, troubleshoot, and debug issues oftentimes directly with customers
• Prior experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Agile methodology, CRM tools, ERP systems, BI tools, and the ability to recognize situations that would benefit from custom software development.

TECHNICAL DELIVERY SPECIALIST COMPENSATION

• Expected salary (based on experience): $65,000 – $90,000 DOE
• Annual performance-based bonus pay
