PROJECT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project Manager to work in our fun, creative, and casual atmosphere. As a Project Manager you will be working in a dynamic environment that focuses on customer and product support, software testing, and maintenance of internet-based applications. We are looking for someone to meet the demands of an environment with ever-shifting, diverse projects.

This position will be located at our headquarters in Lakewood, CO, and will also work closely with a strategic customer in Colorado Springs, CO. Work will be conducted in a hybrid combination of the customer location, a nearby co-working space, and remotely. 

PROJECT MANAGER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end success of customer project(s) – (project initiation, planning, milestones, delivery schedules, internal & external communication)
  • Build relationships with your customers and seek out opportunities to expand our reach within an organization
  • Build the right team for the needs of your project(s) with a blend of current SMT team members and hiring supplemental talent
  • Assess, suggest, and track key project metrics to align your project team and leadership towards success and improvements
  • Lead architecture decision meetings with the SMT design team, software vendors, or other channels required to offer high-impact, cost-effective solutions for our customers
  • Maintain knowledge in: Agile methodology, software testing methodology, production deployment, development, requirements management, and other specific technologies as it may relate to active projects
  • Contribute to meetings with other PM colleagues for continuous coaching, growth and development
  • Face-to-face meetings with customers, which will likely require consistent travel to Colorado Springs

PROJECT MANAGER EXPERIENCE

  • Software project management: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

PROJECT MANAGER COMPENSATION

  • Expected salary (based on experience): $75,000 – $93,000 DOE
  • Annual performance-based bonus pay
