PROJECT COORDINATOR/SCRUM MASTER POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our fun and creative team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be working in a dynamic environment alongside our Senior Project Manager (PM), focusing on customer and product support, software testing, and maintenance of internet-based applications. We are looking for someone to meet the demands of an environment with ever-shifting, diverse projects.
PROJECT COORDINATOR/SCRUM MASTER CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with a senior PM, support the end-to-end success of customer projects (project initiation, planning, milestones, delivery schedules, internal & external communication)
- Working with a senior PM, build relationships with your customers and seek out opportunities to expand our reach within an organization
- Run daily standup meetings across multiple projects
- Document all meeting minutes + blocker follow ups in Confluence across multiple projects
- Document sprint open/close reviews in Confluence (4 projects)
- Coordinate deployment/higher environment needs across multiple projects
- Support follow ups with customers/blockers across multiple projects
- Look for ways to improve team performance and productivity across multiple projects
- Work with a senior PM to assess, suggest, and track key project metrics to align your project team and leadership towards success and improvements
- Maintain knowledge in: Agile methodology, software testing methodology, production deployment, development, requirements management, and other specific technologies as it may relate to active projects
- Contribute to meetings with other PM colleagues for continuous coaching, growth and development
- Face-to-face meetings with customers, which may require occasional travel
- Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR)Management skills and abilities
PROJECT COORDINATOR/SCRUM MASTER EXPERIENCE
- Atlassian Confluence/Jira: 1 year (Preferred)
- Custom software project management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience working with the Agile methodology
- Scrum Master Certification or bachelor’s degree preferred

PROJECT COORDINATOR/SCRUM MASTER COMPENSATION
- Expected salary (based on experience): $60,000 – $75,000 DOE
- Annual performance-based bonus pay
