  • Attend all internal training sessions, complete daily katas (training modules) work towards a current Java certification or approved alternative certification

  • Evaluate current infrastructure in order to make informed recommendations on technical solutions

  • Administer and manage Atlassian products (boards, workflows, screens, etc)

  • Own the end-to-end success of customer project(s)
  • Build relationships with your customers and seek out opportunities to expand our reach within an organization
  • Build the right team for the needs of your project(s) with a blend of current SMT team members and hiring supplemental talent

Product Owner

Sample Duties

  • Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • Defining the vision for the team’s product
